Chopper Kids Club Online Registration

Information Collected: Parents may register their children for the Chopper Kids Club online. Membership is open to children 12 years and under. Price Chopper will protect parents and childrens privacy. We will not sell or provide any names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses to any list service, agency or mailing firm or to any third party for any reason. Information is used exclusively to fulfill the offerings of the Chopper Kids Club.

Use of Information: The information collected for the Chopper Kids Club includes the childs first and last name, birth date, address and optional phone number. Information is used to provide a Kids Club membership card for the child, monthly mailings and a special birthday mailing, to provide monthly treats for those participating in the club, and to provide by mail other special programs occassionally offered to club members. The child is also entered into a monthly sweepstakes and information collected may be used to notify the child that they are a winner. Child's first name and sweepstakes prize may be posted on the Price Chopper website.

Registration Process: To protect the privacy of children, online registration for the Chopper Kids Club is a two step process and requires that the parent have a Price Chopper card and be logged in to the website. Parents are then requested to provide their child's first name and birth date. An email will be sent to the parents with a link to the Price Chopper Website enabling them to complete their registration. Only information needed to mail Chopper Kids Club awards is required. No information is collected passively through cookies or any other technology.

They may also update or opt-out by going to the customer service desk of any of the 49 Price Chopper stores.
