| 4 | cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 | pkg. | (6.2 oz.) Pasta-Roni Shells & White Cheddar |
| 2 | cups | cooked turkey or ham, chopped |

In large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon margarine over medium heat. Add bread crumbs; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Remove from skillet; set aside.
In same skillet, melt remaining 1 tablespoon margarine over medium-low heat. Add garlic; cook about 30 seconds, stirring frequently, or just until golden brown. Stir in 2 3/4 cups water. Bring just to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium.
Slowly stir in pasta. Boil, uncovered, 12 minutes, stirring frequently, or until most of water is absorbed.
Stir in turkey, asparagus, milk and contents of seasoning packet. Continue cooking 4 minutes, stirring frequently, or until pasta is tender and asparagus is tender-crisp. Sprinkle bread crumbs over pasta before serving.
