Banana Nut Caramel Chocolate Crunch Spread

Ingredients

1 medium banana, mashed ( 2/3 cup )
2 tablespoons fat-free caramel sauce
3/4 cup fat-free whipped topping
6 large Quaker Caramel Chocolate Chip Corn Cakes or Chocolate Crunch Rice Cakes
2 teaspoons fat-free chocolate syrup
12 dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Directions:

Beat the banana and caramel together. Fold in whipped topping. Chill. Divide over 6 Quaker Caramel Chocolate Chip Corn Cakes or Chocolate Crunch Rice Cakes. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
