Ingredients

6 ounces fat-free smoked chicken (deli counter)
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
6 large Quaker Caramel Corn Cakes

Directions:

Blend first seven ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Spread onto Quaker Caramel Corn Cakes.
