| 2 | cups | Bisquick Original baking mix |
| 1 1/3 | cups | milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil |
| 1 | egg | |
| 1 | can | (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained |
| 1 | teaspoon | chili powder |
| 1 | lb. | ground beef |
| 1 | envelope | (1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix |
| 6 | cups | finely shredded lettuce |
| 1 | cup | (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese |
| 2 | (1-1/2 cups) medium tomatoes, chopped | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | sour cream |
| 2 | (1/4 cup) medium green onions, sliced |
Heat waffle iron; grease if necessary.
Stir baking mix, milk, oil and egg in large bowl until blended. Stir in chilies and chili powder. Pour batter onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle.
Prepare beef and seasoning mix as directed on envelope of seasoning mix. Top each waffle with beef and remaining ingredients.
Yield: 10 4-inch square waffles
