Broiled Fish with Dill Tartar Sauce
Serve with sauteed onion and red peppers, crusty dinner rolls and lite peaches
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Dill Tartar Sauce |

mayonnaise or salad dressing

sweet pickle relish

chopped fresh dill weed or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Fish |
| 1/4 |

butter or margarine, melted

lemon juice

(4 oz.) orange roughy, whitefish, or haddock fillets
|
|
|
fresh dill weed sprigs
|

lemon, quartered
|
Directions:
Prepare tartar sauce by stirring together mayonnaise, pickle relish and dill weed in small bowl and set aside.
For Fish: Stir melted butter and lemon juice together in small bowl. Oil broiler pan; place fish on oiled pan. Brush with butter mixture.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and brushing occasionally with butter mixture.
Serve fish topped with a dollop of tartar sauce, a sprig of fresh dill and a quartered lemon.
