Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs. country style pork ribs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions:

Place ribs in 3-4 quart slow cooker. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 - 9 hours. Spoon sauce over ribs before serving.
