Ingredients

Freshly brewed hot coffee
4 teaspoons sugar (slightly rounded)
4 jiggers Irish whiskey
whipped cream
fresh mint springs

Directions:

Pour coffee into 4 mugs filling about 2/3 full. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 jigger whiskey to each cup; mix well. Spoon whipped cream over coffee in mounds. Place a fresh mint sprig atop whipped topping. Serve immediately.
