| 1 1/2 | lbs. | red potatoes, quartered |
| 2 | tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 | cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | rosemary |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | thyme |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a large resealable bag and toss to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan and bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
