Jack's Sharpshootin' Steak Marinade

Great for tailgating

Yield: Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
4 - 6 steaks, T-bone, Porterhouse, Strip, Ribeye or Filet

Directions:

Combine marinade ingredients. Place steaks in big plastic bag. Pour in marinade and seal. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Remove steaks and grill over hot coals, about 5 min. per side for medium-rare.

Your choice of steaks...a couple of T-bones, Porterhouses, Strips, Ribeyes or Filets, cut 1-1/2 inches thick.
