Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Chinese five-spice powder
3 tablespoons hot paprika
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.
