Sweet Potato Bites

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Peel potatoes and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Pour oil into 13x9-inch baking pan. Heat for 5 minutes. Remove pan from oven.

Arrange sweet potato slices in single layer in pan. Return pan to oven. Bake 10 minutes.

Turn potatoes with spatula. Sprinkle potatoes with sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Bake 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are browned. Drain on paper towels and immediately transfer to serving dish.
