Italian Green Beans

A low carb recipe

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen green beans
1/2 cup non-fat mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/3 cup non-fat Italian salad dressing

Directions:

Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add green beans; cook 2 minutes or until tender; drain. Stir in cheese cubes and tomato; add dressing. Serve hot.
