Barbecue Turkey Burgers

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey breast
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

In large bowl, combine turkey, onion, sauce, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly and shape into 6 patties.

Place patties on grill and cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until completely done and no longer pink in the center.
