Blueberry Soy Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 cup soy milk, vanilla or plain
1 cup blueberry or vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 teaspoons honey

Directions:

Blend soy milk, yogurt, blueberries and honey in blender carafe until smooth. Pour into a glass and drink immediately for best flavor.
