Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cans Green Giant mexicorn (drained))
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 can (4 oz.) diced jalapenos (OR 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos w/seeds)
1/2 bunch chopped green onions

Directions:

Combine sour cream, mayo and cream cheese (mix well.)

Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and Chill.

Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.

“I made this dip on Saturday to serve at a Chiefs party on Sunday. It was fabulous and a huge hit! The japelenos really give this a kick. I served with tortillas chips and assorted crackers. A definite keeper!”
