Best Backyard Burgers
These burgers carry a bit of heat and a lot of flavor.
Yield: 6 servings
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients

ground beef

| 1/3 |

finely chopped onion

| 1/4 |
cup |
chopped cilantro
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
butter, melted
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
Worcestershire sauce

medium jalapeno peppers, minced
|

cloves |
garlic, minced
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
Tabasco sauce
|

Tablespoon |
spicy Montreal steak seasoning
|
|
|
Pepper Jack cheese
|
|
|
Lettuce
|
|
|
Tomatoes

Homemade salsa
|
Directions:
Preheat grill.
Combine measured ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.
Form into about 6 patties.
Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until your desired doneness.
Top with your favorite burger toppings. Some good ones include: -Pepper Jack Cheese -Tomatoes -Lettuce -Homemade Salsa (for those who like lots of kick!)
