Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad
Yield: 10 servings
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions in well salted water. Drain and set aside to cool.
Cut the chicken strips into chunks. Place in the bottom of a large salad bowl and toss with 1 Tablespoon of the hot sauce.
In a small separate bowl, whisk together Kosher salt, pepper, minced garlic, vinegar and remaining 3 Tablespoons of hot sauce. Whisk until the salt dissolves; continue to whisk while you add the oil slowly. Whisk until well combined.
Add the cooled pasta, celery and blue cheese to the bowl with the chicken. Add the dressing and mix gently. Chill or serve immediately.
