Yield: 12-15 servings

Ingredients

16 Twinkies, arranged in a 9x13 pan
2 cups hot water
2 pkgs. (3 oz. ea.) strawberry Jello
2 pkgs. (10 oz. ea.) frozen strawberries
1 container (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Garnish:
Fresh strawberries
Mint leaf

Directions:

Add hot water to the strawberry Jello and mix thoroughly. Add strawberries to the Jello and pour mixture on top of the Twinkies.

Refrigerate an hour and then ice with the Cool Whip. Cover until ready to eat.

Garnish with Strawberries and mint leaf!

If Twinkies aren't your thing, use pound cake slices! I'm thinking HoHo's could be a hoot here too!!
