Backfield Brownie Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

Duncan Hines Chocolate Lovers Brownies

large egg

| 1/3 |
cup |
water
|
| 1/3 |
cup |
vegetable oil
|
| 1 |
pint |
vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
|
| 2 |

Snickers bars, chopped
|
|
|
Chocolate sundae syrup
|
|
|
Butterscotch sundae syrup
|
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom and sides of a metal pie plate with vegetable spray.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well blended. Spread into the greased pan. Bake approximately 33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Allow to cool totally.
When cooled, dollop on ice cream spreading as much as possible to near the edge and refreeze.
When ready to serve, sprinkle on the chopped Snickers and drizzle on the chocolate and butterscotch syrups. Cut with a warm knife.
