| 4 | lbs. | ground beef |
| 2 | Tablespoons | minced garlic |
| 2 | bunches | green onions, chopped with tops |
| 3 | teaspoons | salt |
| 3 | teaspoons | granulated sugar |
| 30 | ounces | tomato sauce |
| 1 | bag | (1 lb.) egg noodles |
| 24 | ounces | sour cream |
| 2 | blocks | (8 oz.) cream cheese |
| 2 | cups | shredded cheddar cheese |
Brown ground beef and drain. Add the garlic, onions, salt, sugar and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Cook and drain noodles.
Mix sour cream and cream cheese together in a bowl.
Spray a 9 x 13 DEEP baking dish with non stick cooking spray and start layering. Start with the noodles then the tomato/meat sauce, cheese sauce and then top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Best if made a day ahead and baked just before the game.
Note: If using standard 9x13 pans, you'll need to use (2) pans.
