Ingredients

1 pkg. Sunbird Hot and Spicy Kung Pao Chicken packet
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size dice
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
4 large green onions, sliced thinly including blades

Directions:

Blend seasoning, sugar, soy and water in a bowl and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat oil then add chicken and stir-fry until well browned.

Add peanuts and stir-fry until fragrant and brown, then add onions and stir-fry about 1 minute.

Add the seasoning mixture and cook one minute or until sauce starts to thicken. Divide into four servings!
