Brisket Sliders

Yield: Serves 5; 2 each

Ingredients

2 lbs. beef brisket
1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian vinaigrette
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pkg. (5.2 oz.) Boursin cheese
10 dinner rolls
Romaine lettuce

Directions:

Place brisket in crockpot, cut in half if too large to fit. Pour vinaigrette over the meat and sprinkle on oregano and red pepper flakes. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

When tender remove meat from juices and allow to cool enough to slice.

Cut rolls in half horizontally and place a couple of slices of meat on bottoms of each roll. Add up to 1/2 Tablespoon of Boursin cheese on the meat and top with a small piece of crunchy Romaine lettuce. Place the top on the bun and serve!
