Celebration Slaw

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

Napa cabbage, chopped
2 green onions, chopped including blades
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2-3/4 cup prepared slaw dressing
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Freshly ground pepper
French Fried Onions (in the can)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except fried onions. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat. Sprinkle fried onions on top of slaw and serve!
