Nellie's Key Lime Pie

Yield: Serves 8

Ingredients

1 (9- inch) ready made chocolate crumb crust
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup key west lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
Whipping cream for garnish
1 lime, sliced for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the milk, yolks, juice and zest. Blend until smooth and pour into the crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and lime slices!
