| 2 | Tablespoons | McCormick Grillmates Montreal Chicken seasoning |
| 2 | Tablespoons | MCormick Grillmates Montreal Steak seasoning |
| Nonstick cooking spray | ||
| 1 | bottle | (12 oz) barbecue sauce of choice |
| 2 | shots | bourbon |
| Bourbon Baked Beans: | ||
| 1/2 | onion, diced | |
| 4 | strips | cooked bacon, diced |
| 2 | ounces | horseradish |
| 2 | ounces | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | ounces | A 1 Steak sauce |
| 2 | ounces | bourbon |
| 2 | ounces | barbecue sauce |
| 1 | can | (16 oz) baked beans |
Wash game hens, pat dry with paper towel. Spray liberally with pan spray, both sides.
Combine chicken and steak seasonings and sprinkle on both sides of hens. Mix barbecue sauce and bourbon together. Place hens on grill and baste every 10 minutes with barbecue/bourbon sauce.
Cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. (approximately 25 minutes).
Bourbon Baked Beans:
Saute onions in bacon drippings until transparent. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
