Ingredients

5 large eggs
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 cup milk
1 cup frozen southern style hash browns
1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
1 pkg (8 oz) Kraft Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 pkg Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
Unseasoned bread crumbs

Directions:

Cook sausage, crumble and drain.

Combine eggs, soup and milk; mix well. Add cooked sausage, potatoes and Velveeta Cheese to mixture and combine. Pour into a greased 9x12- inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese and then a layer of breadcrumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes, until set.
