A colorful frilly rim treatment gives this drink a burst of spicy flavor!

Yield: 4 (8 oz) servings

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon Creole seasoning mix
1 quart tomato juice or your favorite Bloody Mary mixer
Lemon, sliced
Vodka, optional

Directions:

In a flat bowl or plate mix the cheese and seasoning mix. 

Run a lemon slice around the tops of each glass and dip glass top into the cheese mixture coating well. 

Add ice and tomato juice tossing the lemon slice into the glass too!  Nice and spicy!
