Ingredients

3 cups (8 oz.) uncooked rotini or Rainbow Twist pasta
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cans (6 oz.) water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained*
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 cup pitted olives, halved
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions:

Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.

In large bowl, combine cooked rotini and broccoli with tuna, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion olives and salad dressing; toss until well mixed.

* To reduce fat, drain and rinse artichoke hearts before using.

Meal Solution Tip: Serve with fresh bakery dinner rolls and juice spritzer (add carbonated water to any juice product.)
