| 1 1/2 | cups | (18 oz) fat free vanilla yogurt |
| 2 | Tablespoons | honey |
| 1 | teaspoon | ground cinnamon |
| 3 | Granny Smith or red delicious apples, sliced |
Drain yogurt overnight in the refrigerator to create yogurt cheese.
To do this, place a double layer of coffee filters in a sifter/strainer. Pour the yogurt on top of the filters. Cover with plastic wrap so no refrigerator odors are absorbed. Place a small bowl beneath the sifter/strainer to capture the draining whey. In the morning you'll have perfect yogurt cheese.
Stir honey and cinnamon into the yogurt cheese. Serve the dip with freshly sliced Granny Smith or Red Delicious apples.
Option: Try different flavors of yogurt and a variety of fruits. Use whatever's in season and available!
