What you need:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (1-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 (8-ounce) package Mexican blend shredded cheese, divided
  • 1 (8-ounce) bag shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

What to do:

  1. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning mix as directed on package; let cool.
