Watermelon Pizza 

A perfect party idea! Sliced watermelon topped with coconut yogurt, fresh cherries, berries and more.

 6 slices 
 10 minutes 


  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)


  1. Using a sharp knife, cut off a 2-3 inch thick slice of watermelon from the midsection.
  2. Using a spatula, spread and even layer of yogurt around the watermelon, leaving the green rind bare.
  3. Layer fresh fruit on top.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for a little extra sweetness if desired.
