8 for $8 Promotion Official Rules and Regulations
INTRODUCTION:
Price Chopper's 8 for $8 Promotion (“The Promotion”) is sponsored by local participating Price Chopper stores, Price Chopper Enterprises located at 10561 Barkley, Suite 320, Overland Park, KS 66212 and Boulevard Brewing Company (“The Companies”).
ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in Kansas or Missouri who are 21 years of age or older.
REGULATIONS:
Each account is limited to one redemption per occurrence.
TIME PERIOD/TERMINATION:
The Promotion starts on March 28, 2024 at 12:01:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time and ends on September 30, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time (“The Promotion Period”). The Company reserves the right to end The Promotion at any time for any reason. Price Chopper’s computer is the official timekeeping device for The Promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
To participate, sign up at mypricechopper.com. During any regular season Royals game, in which the KC Royals score 8 or more runs in a game, enrolled participants will receive a coupon for an $8 6-pack of Boulevard Beer: UNFILTERED WHEAT bottles or cans, BLVD ‘89 LAGER bottles or SPACE CAMPER cans. On the following day, add your coupon (received via email or online from your account) to your Chopper Shopper REWARDS card and shop at any Kansas City metro area Price Chopper along with your Chopper Shopper REWARDs card.
OFFER:
Customers will receive one (1) coupon for an $8 6-pack of Boulevard Beer: UNFILTERED WHEAT bottles or cans, BLVD ‘89 LAGER bottles or SPACE CAMPER cans. One product offer awarded per game.
GENERAL:
The Company reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the Official Rules and Regulations at any time with notice. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of The Promotion. The Company shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to The Promotion and its Official Rules and Regulations. The decisions of The Company are final and binding in all respects. Any change in the rules will be posted at mypricechopper.com or on our official social media accounts on Facebook, X, or Instagram.

The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from any materials. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend The Promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any other reason the Internet portion of The Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Company or its consulting agencies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, functioning or proper conduct of this promotion.
