Steak & Lobster for Two

Don’t make reservations, make memories! Celebrate Valentine’s with the one you love by making your own surf & turf. 

Visit the Price Chopper Deli to pick up your Steak & Lobster Meal for Two, then follow along with the recipe below to create your own Valentine’s meal right at home.

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉.
  2. Prepare the lobster tails - Rinse your tails and pat them dry. Cut through the top of the tail shell, careful to avoid cutting tail meat and the end of the base. Separate meat from shell. Pull meat over the shell and lay on top of the shell seam. Place on a pan, brush with butter and season.
  3. Sear your steaks - Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium high heat. Sear steaks for 2 minutes on each side. Place steaks in the oven. For rare to medium rare, cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
  4. As soon as you start searing your steaks, place your lobsters on your oven’s middle rack. Bake until lobster is opaque, about 10-15 minutes.
