Grilled Peaches

Grilled peaches with cinnamon sugar and butter. A delicious dessert that is perfect topped with vanilla ice cream. Recipe featured in our 2017 Summer Gatherings issue.

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Mint leaves (optional)

  1. Halve peaches & remove pits.
  2. Brush cut side with olive oil.
  3. Place cut side down on grill.
  4. Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove and serve on individual plates.
  6. Top with the cinnamon - sugar butter mix and other toppings as desired.
