Corn in the coals

Best way to grill corn for your tailgate!

  • Butter and tajin seasoning
  • Mayo, garlic salt and parmesan
  • Mayo and cotija cheese

  1. Place corn (in husks) directly onto coals.
  2. Leave on coals for 8 minutes. Turn husks every 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from coals. When cool to touch, remove the husk and silk.
  4. Add various coatings for extra flavor.
