Dessert Pinwheels

A sweet no-bake dessert roll up featuring peanut butter, cream cheese, chocolate chips & chopped peanuts.

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pkg flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch)
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup salted roast peanuts (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  1. In small bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  2. Divide peanut butter among tortillas, spreading evenly over tortillas, leaving 1/2-inch border.
  3. Divide cream cheese mixture evenly among tortillas, gently spreading over peanut butter.
  4. Top half of each tortilla with mini chocolate chips and peanuts.
  5. Starting from side with toppings, roll up very tightly.
  6. Wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  7. To serve, cut 1 inch from end of each roll, and discard. Cut each roll into 1.5 inch slices.
  8. Sprinkle with cocoa for topping.
