Cranberry Cashew Energy Bites

A no-sugar added energy bite featuring all natural ingredients.

  1. Using your food processor, blend ½ cup cashews with ½ cup of rolled oats for 5-10 seconds.
  2. Pit your dates then add directly to cashew and oat mixture.
  3. Add other ingredients; almond butter, cranberries, and chia seeds.
  4. Process until all ingredients are blended together and a sticky “dough” begins to appear.
  5. Roll into small bites, and then roll in unsweetened coconut if desired.
  6. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Energy bites are ready to be enjoyed or can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
