Slow Cooker Ham

This easy, tender, and tasty slow-cooked ham recipe is great for a spring celebration!

What you need:

7-8 pound fully cooked ham

1 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp dijon mustard

½ cup maple syrup

2 cups pineapple juice

What to do: 

  1. Place ham inside large slow-cooker, flat side down.

  2. Mix together dijon mustard, maple syrup, and pineapple juice in a medium size bowl.

  3. Rub brown sugar over all sides of the ham.

  4. Pour maple syrup mixture into the slow-cooker.

  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours.

  6. Baste ham with juices about an hour before serving.

  7. Remove ham from slow-cooker and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
