Slow Cooker Meatball Ravioli Casserole

September 15th 2021

Join Fresh Dish Foodie, Dylan, as he creates this simple dish using the slow cooker! Although it only uses five ingredients, it will still taste like your favorite homemade Italian dish. Check out Slow Cooker Meatball Ravioli Casserole.

This dish is all about layering - think about it like a lasagna!

Once layered, the dish will cook on low for 6-8 hours, just long enough for a work shift or a day doing some yard work. You’ll walk in the door and smell your tasty dinner waiting for you.

20 minutes before you’re ready to serve, add your cheese. Don’t add this in too early so it stays nice and stretchy.

Pair with wine, breadsticks and a side salad! Get the full recipe below:

  • 2 (16-ounce) packs frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (45-ounce) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (45-55 count) bag meatballs
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese

          1. Spray or oil your slow cooker insert.
          2. Pour a third of the pasta sauce over the bottom of the slow cooker
          3. Toss in half the frozen meatballs and pour half the evaporated milk over the top.
          4. Toss in half the ravioli and repeat the layers you just completed.
          5. Pour the remaining sauce over the top.
          6. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
          7. 20 minutes before serving, sprinkle on the Italian cheeses, cover and allow to melt.
