Summer Cheeseboard

Celebrate summer flavors with a beautiful cheeseboard. Add a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and Wisconsin Cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Wisconsin cherry cheddar cheese
  • Wisconsin mild or aged cheddar cheese
  • Wisconsin farmers cheese
  • Wisconsin vegetable monterey jack cheese
  • Medium cucumbers, quartered and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • Fresh cherries
  • Grilled fresh peaches, sliced
          • Toasted French bread baguette slices or prepared crostini
          • Tomato jam or hot pepper jelly
          • Fresh basil leaves
          • Thinly sliced salami
          • Thinly sliced Finocchio (fennel) salami
          • Italian breadsticks
          • Fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
          • Assorted crackers

                              Instructions

                              Arrange the cheddars, farmers cheese and vegetable jack on a serving board. Fill in board with cucumbers, cherries, peaches, baguette, tomato jam, basil, salami, breadsticks and peas.

                              Recipe Tip

                              Any flavor of Wisconsin cheddar, farmers cheese or monterey jack can be used.
