Spring Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

Whether you enjoy it for a healthy lunch or as a side salad for dinner - your family won’t be able to get enough of this Spring Salad with Poppyseed Dressing. Fresh Dish Foodie, Whitney, shows us how easy it is to throw together!

Most of the work in this recipe is simply chopping your fresh ingredients. The rest is simply tossing everything together - easy!

  • 1/3 cup avocado or olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • Pinch of ground dry mustard
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 4 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • Half a small red onion, thinly sliced


        1. Whisk all ingredients together until combined. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, or more to taste.

        1. Toss all ingredients together with your desired amount of dressing until combined. Serve immediately.
