What to do:
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
  2. Clean pumpkin seeds by removing all pulp and rinsing under cool water.
  3. Dry seeds by spreading them evenly into a single layer on a cookie sheet and baking for 10 minutes. Toss once about half way through time.
  4. Remove seeds from oven and allow to cool.
  5. Toss seeds with melted butter or olive oil (depending on flavor) until evenly coated.
  6. Toss seeds with desired seasonings (see options below) until evenly coated.
  7. Spread evenly into a single layer on cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until golden brown. Toss every 5-7 minutes to avoid uneven roasting.
  9. Remove from oven. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!
