This creamy, tangy dill pickle dip is packed with protein thanks to blended cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. With crunchy pickles, savory seasoning, and crispy fried onions on top, it’s a quick, crowd-pleasing dip that pairs perfectly with veggies or chips.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, pickle juice, fresh dill, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the dip while preparing the fried onions.
  3. Heat ½ cup of the fried onions in a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook until lightly browned and crispy, then remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Fold half of the crispy fried onions into the chilled dip. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the remaining fried onions.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips.
