A delicious update on the classic Reuben sandwich and a perfect on-the-go meal for St. Patrick's Day.

A delicious update on the classic Reuben sandwich and a perfect on-the-go meal for St. Patrick's Day.

  1. Preheat oven to temperature suggested on the biscuit packaging.
  2. In a bowl mix the Beef, Cheese and Kraut together.
  3. Cut a pocket into each biscuit.
  4. Evenly distribute the mixture into all of the biscuits.
  5. With a little water on your finger, rub the cut edges of the biscuits and pinch the opening closed and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake per the directions on the biscuit packaging.
  7. Serve with Thousand Island dressing for dipping. ENJOY!
