  1. Meat Smoker Method for Smoked Ice
  2. Place water in metal pan
  3. Set inside smoker along with meat, fish etc.
  4. Allow to smoke for several hours
  5. Remove and pour in desired ice molds and freeze
  6. Add Bourbon, peach liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to shaking tin
  7. Shake with ice
  8. Strain into large rocks glass over smoked ice
  9. Pour port wine over the back of a spoon to float on top.
