- Meat Smoker Method for Smoked Ice
- Place water in metal pan
- Set inside smoker along with meat, fish etc.
- Allow to smoke for several hours
- Remove and pour in desired ice molds and freeze
- Add Bourbon, peach liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to shaking tin
- Shake with ice
- Strain into large rocks glass over smoked ice
- Pour port wine over the back of a spoon to float on top.
