Whole-Grain toast w/ avocado & tomato.

  1. Cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out one half of the flesh and add to bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mash the ingredients together with a fork.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the toast.
  4. Top with sliced tomatoes. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil & a light sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
