Mangos & Avocados come together for a delicious & easy salsa. Enjoy as a topping for protein like fish or chicken or serve as a dip.

Mangos & Avocados come together for a delicious & easy salsa. Enjoy as a topping for protein like fish or chicken or serve as a dip.

  1. Stand mango vertically, and cut off the “cheek” of the mango on both sides. What is left in the middle is mostly the seed of the mango. Score the “cheeks”, flip inside out, and carefully cut off the pieces of mango. (See video for a complete tutorial.)
  2. Remove the stem and seeds of the jalapeno (or keep them if you like it spicy) and mince.
  3. Halve the avocados and remove the seed. Score the flesh of the avocado then scoop out with a spoon. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the avocado to keep it from browning.
  4. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, and add the juice of one more lime. Then salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy with chips, on top of chicken or fish, or simply by itself!
