Make your own healthy peanut butter with only three ingredients.

  1. Put peanuts in blender and blend until you get a thick paste.
  2. Add in coconut oil and sweetener and blend until mixed.
  3. Store peanut butter outside of refrigerator for 2 months.
  4. Serve with apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  5. You can always use a safe alternative nut or seed butter if you have an allergy to peanuts. Always check the labels.
