Our easy, no churn vanilla ice cream with creamy candied pecans topped with caramel topping.

  1. To make the pralines combine the brown sugar, sugar, cream and butter in a heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let boil for about 3 to 4 minutes to lightly caramelize. Use a sturdy wooden spoon to stir in the pecans and remove from heat. Keep stirring until the candy cools and the pecans are coated. Spoon onto a parchment lined baking sheet to cool completely.
  1. Add milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until well combined.
  2. Add cooled pralines and mix well.
  3. Pour into a loaf pan. Using a spoon swirl the caramel sauce in the ice cream.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, allow ice cream to thaw for 2-5 minutes. Scoop ice cream into bowls and serve.
